SONY India - Really upset over the quality of Sony Bravia LED TV purchased 1.5 yrs back

Purchased Sony Bravia LED KDL32EX520 1.5yrs back and now the Tecnician who had come very casually saying panel board have to be changed and i have to pay Rs.15000/=. Have been using other TV Brands till i brought this TV last time, which i feel was a great mistake.
Really upset at the quality of the product of your Company and will make it a point never to recommend your product to any one known to me.
Really upset at the Negative comments on your Company which is disturbing.
Enquired and found that your LED is the WORST , majority having the same problem as shown by mine.
Being a Giant pl dont cheat the consumers on quality.
