dear sir i have purchased a samsung refrigator 595 ltr . i am staying in bellary karnaraka

problem is that the refrigator is not maintaining its temprature at all constantly
& i have given complent to samsung service center in bellary town many times & and even i have sent the refrigator to the service center & kept it there for more that a month but still the problem is not solved by samsung service center of bellary town

so please try to solve my problem
