I am amazed at the poor quality of service being provided by sony India. I have a bravia led tv in which the display gpes of at times. Even after 2 registered complaints at sony call centre and 2 visits by an engineer the issue is yet to be resolved. What is sony upto?? By chance whenever the engineer comes the tv is working fine- we have explained him the problem in detail but he refuses to even touch the tv and check it and keeps saying i will act only when there is a problem in my presence??? are they waiting for my tv to get even more problems so that they can make a hefty bill??? why cant he open the tv and check it or take it to service centre when we have told hm there is a issue??? Pathetic service
