Samsung India - Poor Service by Samsung

I am having Samsung semi automatic washing machine and we have been using it for the past 5 years. Few days back the drier of the machine stopped working, we called up the customer care after that their technician visited our place and checked it. He told to replace the cover of the drier and told that he will be back to replace that with a new one in a day or two. Since then we are waiting for them to come and replace. I had called up the customer care number of times, each time I was told that they will update me ASAP. Only GOD knows when they will get back to me.
