Bought Samsung s3 for 39900/- and found some problem in screen , speaker , battery, , gave them in 2 days for replacement and now it's been a month I have called them everyday they don't provide any information regarding the phone as well now after a month they are relying to pay some amount for the parts .
On contacting them on customer care and via email there is no response .
After reaching the outlet the same information is given the phone will be delivered to you within 2 days .
Now again after contacting so as to phone has not reached they want us to pay 6500/- .
This behaviour and irrelevant irresponsibility is not acceptable for such an expensive product and kept with them for a month .
