Samsung India - Poor Performance,money wastage

Hi

My name is Dinesh and I have logged a complaint against a Brand new Samsung Refrigerator(Black Lily-195 ltr).
I bought Samsung Refrigerator in last month (Yamauna Nagar-135001, Haryana), and frankly speaking this was one of the worst decision to buy Samsung refrigerator.

From the day I have brought this refrigerator to my home, we have been struggling with this appliance. It’s not capable to do proper cooling and ice making.

I registered a complaint to Samsung customer support and they took about a week to respond to my complaint. This is also one of the worst experiences regarding customer support I have ever come crossed.
Although an engineer (Customer Support) visited to my house in response to my complaint, Still the situation is same. he told my mother( I was not at home) that there is problem of electricity voltage. But the fact is this, in my neighbourhood all refrigerator are working fine operating on same voltage even some of them are of Samsung itself.

I have again asked to Samsung Customer support and still I have been waiting since last three days.

Even I visited to Dealer whom I bought it, he behaved very rudely.

It’s been very embracing when you can’t offer cold water to your guests in such a hot summer.

So therefore, please help me out.
