I had purchased samsung galaxy s4 for about 2 months ago. The day when i was buying that phone the salesman told me that i am buying the best phone one can ever have, But unfortunately when I bought that phone i got to know what I have done. I have a lot of problems with my phone but some of the major problems are with screen, build quality and sensors. Whenever I browse internet, watch videos, swipe between homescreens, sliding between screenshot, using wake-up dial pad, or doing anything !!!! like anything, I get some dizzy and dirty dark pink and purple patches on the
screen. I even have got half blackened screen sometimes. I am afraid that this will affect or can even destroy my phone's screen which will
load me on my pocket. In this case I went to official Samsung's customer center, Nehru Place. there I submitted my phone with my all
issues and when I got my phone after 5 days, the person there told me that my phone has been fixed now but when I started using my phone
I saw that those patches were still there and haven't gone at all. I again went to customer center and asked about this and after some time i
got to know that they haven't done any issue fixing to my phone. For that matter I went to the manager, after some time when I got in I told
him the problems on my phone and asked him what to do because their workers were not doing anything. But in spite of doing anything he
told me that he can not do anything in regard to this. I was shocked!!. he told me that this is can't be fixed. He even told me that the screen's
problem is a feature. HOW CAN A MAN BE SO STUPID TO TELL THIS PROBLEM AS A FEATURE!!!!!! and he was the manager of that
place!!!!
whatsoever he told me that if i want to do something then I have to go to the head of that department. After spending around 1 hour i got to meet the head and when I told him my problem he told me that the problem cant be fixed because this is a concept behind their technology.
it was like he was pulling my leg and making fun of me and to want me go. He was telling non-scene which don't had any logic. He was
telling me unusual thing about mobile technology and tried me to believe that i was just a kid and i don't know anything about gadgets. but
however I know very well about gadgets. And for that when I told him that all the thing he was telling me were not at all logical and wrong, he
totally changed the track and told me to leave the place. It was really embarrassing! Now you only tell that if I make a phone which is for
about rs 40000 and it have some problem in calling so fixing that issue will be my job. They were totally cheating me because when I was
buying that phone, the salesman told me that I will never face any problem and if i do get any problem then it will be fixed in no time. And this
is not the only problem, after using for about 2.5 months very GENTLY i was awe to see that the sides of the phone is losing its painted
edges which really do look really very bad. I am afraid that just after 2.5 months it do have this horrendous getting look then what will be its
look after a year. even i got many problems with it sensors. Many or about all sensors except some never work at all. I even tried to be it
fixed but the help center don't help at all.
I hope you will understand my problem and take my problem to real fixers. I just want my phone in good condition with no problems and if
this can not be done then i want my money to be fully refunded because after paying 41500 anyone want a good and a phone with no
problem but here i have got really a bucket full of reasonable and logistical problems.
I would be really very grateful if you do anything thing for me in regard of this.
