I had visited Tagore Garden Service Centre( Meher Communications) in first week of Nov. regarding my phone having charging problem. the charging problem was resolved after that i started having wifi and bluetooth problems i visited the service center again on 20th dec where they updated my phone butithe problem was not resolved i visited them again on 25th where they said your phone is under liquid damage and i refused to get it repaired on 9th jan,2014 i visited janakpuri service center where the person claimed that the mother board has been tampered by the person who opened it i.e. meher communications. Now its been 2months but no solution is provided i have the proof that my mother board part has been tampered by them (a video of r.r. communication official) and Mehar Communication Manager had suggested me to solve the matter outside in 3rd person on phone with the Owner Sunny Sehgal . I have lodged many complaints with Samsung but everything in vain please help me resolve it. Samsung Complaint No : ********53
