Samsung India - Performance is not satisfactory

Mobile: Samsung Wave II S8530(Black). Date of Purchase -- 28th December 2010 via Flipcart.com

1) cannot send Namecard via Message.
2) Cannot Type my Name name in Own numbers.
3) Cannot use as modem in my PC.

Local Authorised Service Centre Agartala, Tripura, India can not repair it.

Complainant's Goal: Proper service for the repair of the mobile.
