My parcel with reference num E41920575 was sent from Durgapur,West bengal on 26th of August,2013 and I didnt recieve it. On tracking I found that the parcel was returned to the consigner which wasnt at all done. Neither the first flight authorised person recieved our call neither he got us the parcel.Neither of the parties has yet recieved the parcel and we still dont know where the parcel is hanging.

Complainant's Goal: I want that first flight dealer to return my parcel and pay for the default
