The interesting part is here that the courier company has never send anybody to deliver the material - my wife is 100% time at house during this period as my kid is very little. The company has misrepresented and provided wrong data and sent back the consignment . There has not been any intimation or drop card that they had come or gone , even if I believe that they had visited the house.

The consignment has to be brought back by the courier company at its cost and it has to compensate me for the mental stress it has caused to me.
