First Flight Courier - UNSATISFACTORY RESPONSE AND HARRASMENT

Dear Mr. Digvijay

I had booked a courier for Mumbai at your Branch Prashant Vihar, Rohini on 12.03.2010. The Courier contained VERY IMPORTANT FORM FOR REGISTRATION.

I was assured that my courier will be delivered not later than 14.03.2010. But to my dismay the letter has not reached the destination till dated. Your callous system has deeply pained me and made me angry as well. The carrier of the child in my family is at stake as the last date of submission of the form (Which I have couriered through you) was 15.03.2010.

Please justify yourself, how are you going to give dignity to our child and how are you going to heal our emotions, otherwise I will be constrained to take serious action in this regard.
