Our firm had dispatched a courier through First Flight Courier Limited, the details of which are mentioned below:

The courier was delivered to First Flight Office at Bhusawal on 09-Nov-09. However, it was not delivered to the addresee till 13-Nov-09. On 13-Nov, our firm gets a call from the Bhusawal Office saying that the courier is being returned to us citing that Bhusawal is a Non-Service Station.
Our grievance is
(a) Why was the non-service station not checked at the time of booking by First Flight Courier Limited?
(b) Why was the non-delivery of courier not informed to us on 9th Nov or 10th Nov? Why was there delay on updating status of non-delivery?
Our firm had submitted important documents for a bid at a Leading Organization at its Bhusawal Office. This non-delivery and careless approach has put the firm at a disadvantage and has had impacted its reputation. Moreover, the non-friendly attitude of customer care center of First Flight has created dissatisfaction. We take this as a breach of trust - after promising a service it is not withheld.
In view of the above, I would request that this complaint be forwarded to the concerned authorities at First Flight. We may be forced to take this matter with relevant authorities as well in case we do not hear from them.

Our Head Office has sent some important
paper to us through First Flight Courier
Consignment Note No.A ******** dated 03.05.12. But so far not received from us.
The delivery office of Munirka branch,New Delhi as well as First Flight Courier Customer Care people are not cooperative.
We are not getting proper reply from Munirka office. Kindly let us know the status of my Courier per return mail.

I had couriered a letter claiming for refund of OA (offer acceptance) money from IIM Raipur on 7th June 2011.
Even after saying that the station is serviceable and it will reach in 48 hrs net time, it did not reach the destination in spite of our constant follow up with the customer, after the deadline was over on 10th Jun 2011, on 11th also they promised us to get it delivered. They were not able to tell us that it is not going to be delivered and it has caused us to loose entire INR50000/-. I don't know what am I supposed to do now. I can't figure out why they have take the consignment in the first place if they can't service it. Is there any legal procedure for such things to claim for damage or the law is still toothless to handle such case?

Same thing happen with me. They will just take ur courier without taking care , if they have service at that place or not.

My Consignment number was: W16768558
Courier with No:W19202872 is not delivered till now. It reached to destination city on 24/09/2009. Why it is taking more than 2days in delivering in the same city? you have to justify it.
