Samsung India - Not satisfied with the mobile service centre and with the handset(Replacement)

Sir,
i have buyed samsung handset j210 on 1st september, 2008 from AKOLA.
After 2-3 months i started getting problem in my handset.i.e from January.
Now from that time my handset has been sent 3 times to the service centre.
In every 2 monthss i get somme or thee other problem in my handset.
Recently i got joystick problem, now also i started getting the same problem and keys are not working properly and yhe phone switches off itself. So i want you to replace my handset.
