I purchased 40" Samsung SMART LED TV on 27th May 2012 from Singapore & used it India. Last month it broke down & seems some issue with TV set's Power Supply Card Issue. I contacted Samsung India Service Centre for Service Support they are telling me to pay Rs. 5300 just as visit charges for diagnosis of the issue + parts replacement charges which will be @ Rs. 5000. Now all this because my purchased TV from Singapore & it's warantee for 3 years but they say it is valid in Singapore only.
In my view this is Product Quality issue I got Samsung Brand TV as I beleive in Quality of Samsung Product & if is failing in 1+ years & Samsung is asking me to pay me Rs. 10,000+(Which almost of TV Price) for poor quality product this is not accetable to me.I am done lot of communication to Samsung India CEO office but all time they came back with same solution of Service on chargeable basis. None of them talking about product quality & Customer Satsfaction.
I am not at all happy with Samsung Quality & Service Support I want replacement of my TV set as nobody is going to buy Samsung brand TV just for operation 1 Year. I beleive even local brand will last more than 5 Years.
Pl. help me get this replacement/repair(Without any charges to me) of this TV Set. Just to add my I am carrying this dump TV set from last 1+ month.
