Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby intend to present these facts before you for your kind consideration:
1. I have been using smartphones since 2 years but purchasing this phone was the biggest mistake of my life.I purchased my galaxy s3
IMEI Number 353********3112 from cariano next on 06/10/2012
2.That very moment the charger proved faulty and didn't work so i got it replaced from cariano next
3.Then again same problem arouse the charger stopped charging I again got it replaced
4.Then another problem arouse the software of the phone got corrupted and i had to get it re installed all my important stuff got wiped off.
5.Not even a week from that time i had to visit the service center again as the charging port got disrupted and the engineer said it was because of water even though it wasn't exposed to water and made me pay Rs 371
6.Then again a problem arouse the power key of the phone became faulty and phone began to restart on its own
7.Then the motherboard of the phone was replaced the warranty of the phone will be over by 6/10/13 then who will be responsible for the problems that arise afterwards .It is quite evident that this handset has some serious manufacturing defects and requires a replacement.
8.Being a well established company this type of product quality is unacceptable.I was planning to file a case in the consumer court.I did also lodge a complaint verbally at your number with complaint number ********34 but no action is been taken yesterday again i did lodge a complaint with complaint ********37 but i haven't been informed of any progress till now.
9.I seriously think this behaviour is unethical and really frustrating .Waiting for your reply.
10.I have enclosed the copy of bill of the product of the phone and the money I spent repairing it with the service request of change of motherboard.
