SONY India - Not satisfied with Product and Warranty support of SONY for my BRAVIAâ„¢ HD LED TV

My TV(under warranty) is having some problem. Reported local ASP and they visited to check. After that they are telling that problem with its PANEL and need to be replaced to fix. They are asking for charge for the same part by saying that it is damaged. They have first opened it and took the snaps to send it their HO for replacement after that asking for money to replace it. This is really not acceptable at all by brand like SONY for their warranty support after sales.
Complainant's Goal: Want my TV to be replaced or at least Panel to be replaced with warranty
