My mobile phone GT-S5222UWAINS get switched off at its own.When I try to recharge battery it does not.I tried to contact service centre in my city(Rohtak) many times but it was closed from last five months.I bought this product after shifting from Nokia as we got feedback from friends that products as well service of samsung are very good.Now I am in great trouble as my phone is not working and no one is there to help me.
