Samsung India - Not happy from Samsung mobile & their services at authorized service centre

Hello Samsung Support,

I am not happy with the support which is provided by authorized Samsung Service network in Hyderabad.

I have purchased Samsung GT-B5310 on 24th April 2010 from Big bazaar, Ameerpet Hyderabad.

SI Number is RVHZ378172E

After 15-20 days of purchase i have faced some problems in my mobile phone, it starts hanging & touch screen will stops working. One morning my mobile phone will completely hangs & stops working.

On 22nd May 2010 i submit my mobile phone in authorized service centre Mobi Serve Shop no G9, Ground Floor, 6-3-801 to 803 Elephant House Ameerpet X road Hyderabad A.P.

While taking my mobile they have opened my mobile & told me that there is some software error, they submit my mobile & request me to call within 5 days. When i call them after 5 days they told me that there is motherboard error & request me to call after 3 days. After 3 days i again called them & they told me that now there is problem in LCD & Motherboard & request me to call after some days.

Today i again called them for status & now again they told me that there is problem in LCD cable & motherboard. I am unable to understand that where is the problem exist & unable to get proper response from service centre. There is almost more than 22 days & they are telling me to wait for another 7 days.

I only use my mobile phone for 20 days & the problem starts in my mobile phone, i am very disappoint from the product & very much frustated from the service provided by authorized service centre.

Please do some needful for me

I have decided not to purchase any product of samsung make & moved to consumer forum for redressal of my grievence as i failed to get my moble repaired even after 45days of lodging the same with service centre within warranty period. interstingly 90% of the complaints in samsung moible relates to all of sudden offing/ oning of the set

Just one day after when i get my mobile from samsung authorized service centre, again the same problem starts for which i have submitted my mobile, when i go to them they are telling me that submit the mobile & we will call after 4 days.

How irrirating this is, they kept mobile for 25 days & telling that they have changed mother board & LCD cable but the problem still exists.

I used mobile for only 20-22 days from the day of purchase but the mobile is now hectic for me.

I am very disppoint.
