I have bought samsung S4 on the 23rd of june and have been following up for th cover which was promised to be delivered to me in a weeks time. There have been innumerous complains have done to various departments and have registered myself also.complain nos ********56. I request you top kindly look into the matter and also derive a system for consumers to get the promised accessories without a painful followup process

i bought GS4 on 7th or 8th june. i was not satisfied with your product.its battery is very poor.i had kept my brightness 10%,off every gesture, gps,mobiledata,multiwindow,nfc,sbeam,driving mode,bluetooth etc and kept my power saving on then also its screen time does'nt last for 5 hours also.i am very distrubed by paying 40,000 Rs i thought its battery will last for atleast 7-8 hours with everything on.you only do something.
