Samsung India - Not getting Service for my Samsung Product which is under wannanty.

I purchased one Samsung Tab rs 26000 rs in month of August 2011 and when I faced some issue during my charging then I went to the Samsung Service Station , Moti Nagar , New Delhi. Initially they said due to moisture in phone we need to replace the motherboard. I asked then how can it possible moisture can entered into a phone. If some thing happen like this then the phone should not work. But my phone is getting charge and working fine but not keeping the charge for long time. Then i came to hear that the moisture is in Display. And we need to change the display also. This type of messages I am getting from the service center and they are not ready to take this issue under warranty . I am asking them to give me all these things in written format so that i can file a case against them but they are not ready to do that.

Please let me know any Advocate who is dealing with these type of case. Or any other way to sue these people .

Still waiting for good response. Samsung people keep calling me for 50% discount for the expense. But I could not understand when your engineer's are saying your mother board is damage and your display also damaged due to this water block.But they dont have any answer how come the water went to the phone through display
Did i dip it into the bucket of water ..
