This is to lodge my complaint for non-repair of my samsung refrigerator for tha last 26 days . I had lodged complaint with samsung call centre ( 0120- 30308282) 10 days back, BP number - ********80. The service engineer visisted my home and told me that FILTER is defective and needs to be replaced. The service engineer told me that the defective part will be changed in next 3-4 working days. However it has been 10 days since the complaint the part has not been replaced. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER. I AM HIGHLY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG AND MY FAITH IN THIS BRAND HAS BEEN SHATTERED. If this is the state of affiars regarding service of samsung, i have decided NEVER TO BUY or recommend any SAMSUNG PRODUCT.I EXPECT AN IMMIDIATE RESPONSE AT

I have the exactly same experience with my complaint about the fridge.
Its been 30 days now, it takes many calls to have them attend and if and when the engineer comes, he is unable to fix the problem !!
Very poor service. No samsung any more.

Your service Center has taken my double door fridge for repair. They said they are unable to repair the fridge because copany don't have new compressure at present. Kindly see the problem and help me out of this problem.
