We have installed new air condition of your co in the month of Jan 2014.After installation we have used the same for 4-5 days. Because of normal temperature we have not used the same for month n so.But at the end of the march month when we started that AC we found that it is not working(cooling problem).when we complaint, service engineer repaired the same citing reason of gas problem which he refilled on and around first week of April.But after just 4 days again that AC is giving same problem.I am having one more AC at my house of Godrej which has completed 2 years without a single complaint.we are keeping idle that AC in rainy n winter season that too without any servicing bt we have not faced any single problem.Please let me know what is the problem is AC faulty or the installation.n what if after warrenty period gives same problem.if it is not fixed properly than what is the remedy u will take.Hope u will sort out my problem at the earliest.
Yes. I am facing an almost similar problem. I bought a Split A/c , the Inverter model a little over a month ago. It worked for the 1st night and then stopped cooling. On 3 occasions gas has been filled by M/s Whisen Enterprises , Tambaram West Chennai - Samsung Service Center but still does not function properly.
I too have another Samsung A/c ( window ), it is over 10 years old , during this period it has been serviced twice it has never given us any trouble and cools very fast
M/s Whisen Enterprises - Samsung Service Center are the worst I have come across . They have taken days to respond to each of my complaints . Different people answer the phone and have no idea of the complaint so much so one has to repeat the complaint to each person attending the phone.
I made a written complaint a little while ago , I will await a positive response
