Samsung India - my phone not repaired. Deficiency in service

I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos - GT7562 handset on 1 June 2013. By the end of July 2013 (50 days after the date of purchase), I found that my handset is not powering on. I visited the nearest customer service centre with the defective handset on 3 August 2013. I submitted the handset for repair and I was told that the handset would be repaired by around 7-8 days and would be informed about the same after repair. After 7 days i dint receive any information regarding the status of the handset. I called the service centre and they said that there exists board problem and it would take some days more to get the handset repaired. I have been patiently waiting and contacting the service centre enquiring about the handset since 23 days from the date of submission of phone for repair. During these 23 days , I contacted the service centre to find out the status of my phone several times and no satisfactory response and service centre representatives never had a courtesy to inform about the status.
