MY NAME IS AZIM I BROUGHT SAMSUNG CORBY S3650 31 DEC 2009 BUT FROM LAST FEW MONTHS ITS TOUCH PAD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I GAVE IT TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER TWO TIMES BUT IN FEW DAYS I M SUFFRING WITH SAME PROBLEM I TALKED WITH SAMSUNG DEALER BUT NOT GET GOOD RESPONCE SO WHAT I WANT TO DO TELL ME

samsung has a only drawback of its touch...nthin else than it.!!
i req samsung team to concentrate on touch to keep their customers in their touch!!.

today is 4/4/2011,am goin to give my mobile agian.i know wat stories they are going to say,before giving my mobile to the respective showroom.i want to complaint about this issue to your higher authoriies.so i need the e-mail id of them.guys who are seeing this comment.dont ever go for samsung mobile ,you will face problems like this.

i bought my samsung corby pro 5 months before,i have faced 5 to 6 problems,it is automatically functioning,one thing i really dont know is there any efficient opertaor in your samsung service department.where ever i go there is no proper response,this is worst mobile which i have not used it before..

samsung service is poorest and redecules support taem . from aroung two month iam not able to chnage the mother baord and from last 2 weeks they not able to get teh grn no from the samsung for replacing the handset.

i m agree with u but if service center is wanting to fllec coustomer what we can do we know only samsung mobile company don know about service center its yr so solve my this problem as soon as possible and tell me now what i want to do

I support this complaint.
This is the most ridiculous phone Samsung Corby GT Series. The touch pad starts jumping all over the place, SV Care Service Center are wanting to fleec customers by selling new panels without understanding the problem.
