Samsung India - My issue is not resolved till date- Samsung

Respected Sir/Madam,

I purchased new Samsung handset Galqaxy S3 in March 2013 and .My handset is under warranty and was almost 5 months at that time when I logged a voice issue with Samsung Service Center.I have given my phone 6 times till now. They have changed almost all parts but It's now 1.5 month that my problem is not resolved and now Samsung Authorised Service Center(OMKAR ELECTRONICS, Sec- 14, Kopar Khairane) is not accepting that issue is there in handset even after showing them in front of them twice recently.Additionally, they are changing parts without updating the correct part online which is out of rule I think.

Totally, third class service by Samsung and even Head Office of Samsung is not helping at all.They are Good in harrasing customer.

I would recommend never to purchase samsung Products and should take strict actions against them.Would someone help me please now.

Dear sir,
I have written many mails to Samsung, but my issue remains unresolved. I brought my phone on the 17th of February 2013 and I have visited the service centre Five( 5) times.
I had written to you'll about the hanging of my phone and have given it for repairs but the phone still hangs , goes blank, call drops, play store does not function....
Are you'll expecting your coustomers to regularly visit the service centre to keep the phone in working condition till the warranty is over?
I am sick and tired and there seems to be no way out since I had happily chosen Samsung after having a varied choice of cell phones.
I will be visiting your Daar west branch this morning, please ask Sagar to look into the matter.
