my machine got burnt for without any reason on 16/8/2013.i filed a complaint on the toll free number,the complaint number is ********07 and they took away my machine and the original bill the next day.due to this fire my whole bathroom got damaged.they took photos of only the machine not the damaged bathroom.i sent two mails to the CEO's office after which the executive told me to submit a copy of my passbook and id proof at the local workshop and they will send a check to me.but since then there has been no response.i tried to contact on the toll free number but it is busy all the time.all i want is the replacement of my machine as well as the compensation for the damage caused to my bathroom.the machine is under warranty period.
