hello, i have booked a courier of mobile phone and charger from jaunpur(u.p) to kanpur (u.p) on 21 nov 2013 by above mentioned courier service, having consignment no. J991M0177272. Courier was delivered on 23 nov 2013 at 4:30 pm on address Dr. Ravi Shankar Verma, boys hostel room no. 77, rama medical college mandhana kanpur(u.p) pin code 209217 but mobile phone and charger was not available in courier box. Courier box was properly packed but mobile phone and charger which cost 12000 rs was not in box.
i immediately contact to regional office lucknow to complain but they told to contact local delivery office. No one is taking responsibility for this loss. everyone is saying to contact next one. i am frustrated and no one is helping..
