I would like to narrate the following experience which had shaken all my esteem confidence on SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND SERVICES.

About 15 days back I purchased MUCH HYPED MOBILE WAVE II S8530 from your authorised dealer SRI GANESH COMMUNICATION ,MAIN ROAD, KALKAJI, NEW DELHI. At that time I was told categorically that it is fully compatible for 3 G. On trust towards SAMSUNG I purchased the same. Misery started from Sunday when I wanted to activate 3G service from VODAFONE I got a massage that this is not compatible with HIGH SPEED 3G services. It can support only 3.5 mbps i.e. WCDMA not 21mbps.HSPA.

After running from pillar to post I have experienced most awful experience which has lowered the high reputation of SAMSUNG. After making so many calls to CUSTOMER care the behaviour of EXECUTIVES was so arrogant and unprofessional that it cannot be explained. Not only this the Dealer’s behaviour was also most unprofessional. There sole motto was MIS SELLING and not to resolve after sales problem. After getting frustrated with your CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. I wanted to know the name of senior along with contact no. which they refused to provide even their own senior contact. At last I did not have any choice but to send letter to you for redresses of my problem. If this is the deficiency in the product which has launched most recently with much fun fare then keeping the high standard of SAMSUNG either it can be rectified or may be changed with suitable MODEL. As you are aware in India the 3G services with HSPA which are launched by VODAFONE and in near future by AIRTEL(BHARTI) and other operators then this type of MIS SELLING lower the image of SAMSUNG and loyal customer like me have to think twice before purchasing its product. More over like any other highly reputed CO. a proper contact details should be provided prominently. I know the money is not a concern for a Co. Like yours neither for me but as a good will gesture you will do the needful at earliest.
