My loan was sacntioned on 13 AMrch and registry was decided on 10 apr. but in last moment my loan agent said co-appicent name is not displayed in the sanction loann letter, he nend to process this and it will take one week after one week he is saying LIC system upgrade is going on so he is not able to do the needful.

now its already 80 days passed and not sure when he will confirm the same.

What to do to whom i can complaint, there is not customer care no. where we can call and confirm the status.

very difficult situation to manage. please guide what to do
