I have purchased GT 5560 S. No. RPDZ 260506M and IMEI no. 35********72869 Samsung from Need’s Mobile Bazar, Sultanpur UP to present it to my wife on 26 -03-2010. Just after few month we have encountered so many problems in the set (power switch not working, sudden trip off, frequent loss of network, no incoming ring, speakers not working many times particular files not opening and so on). Anyhow with the help of customer care I could find service center Singhwani telecom, Somdutt plaza, Kanpur who accepted this set for rectification on 12-10-10 till today after almost 4 months passed I am not able to get the rectification done for my set. After long tiring and exhaustive frequent visits (almost ten visit) to service center on 21-02-11 Singhwani telecom the service center is telling me that required parts are not available with company and there is less chance to get it rectified.
So kindly justify :
a) Purchase of Samsung mobile hand set is worth to me
b) Your claim to provide hasselfree service center is worth to it.
c) As my set is not in use for last 4 months are you going to provide me extended warranty for this period?
d) Still if service center is not able to provide my set in running condition is it subject to replacement of set when the warranty period expired.
e) If I am compelled to take help of consumer forum should I think of being gentleman and bear the loss of Rs. 10400/-
Please suggest me what should be my next course of action
