I have earlier submitted one complaint last month regarding my samsung grand which i bought from Reliance digital Retail Limited,229,NSC Bose Road,Kolkata-47 on 10th June 2013.This is my 7th complaint regarding this set.Last two complaints were the same of screen getting freezed.Last month samsung took the set kept with them for some days and they didnt get any fault.But gain after few days of usage again same problems with some additional problems are coming up.Neither reliance digital nor samsung taking any actions regarding this.They are just telling that no problem has been found but when iam using iam getting those problem.In reliance digital one complaint has been filed complaint no. is ********.As a consumer iam really being harassed.Iam totally fed up with this set every now and then i have to run behind this set.I request to get me a refund or else need a replacement of this effective immediately.
