Dear sir/Mam,
I am using the model no GT-I9300MBDINS (IMEI 353********2658) from 01 FEB 2013, from last 6 month I am facing lots of issues as it was getting switched off automatically while on call and getting back to mail screen when going inside any application and screen hang. Not even allowing typing a single word. I was not able to disconnect any call made by me. Sometimes the screens are captured automatically and many issues ( e.g. Google process has stopped, application not working ,battery problem ). Within 6 month same problem came back and 3 times I had submitted this phone to my nearest service centre. Some application they are not working properly.
I had shown it to nearest servicing center in June last month in Laxminagar (East Delhi), they told it is software issue and need to get software updated. They have done the same but again i am facing the same problem. Now they said me to send it to main service centre for mother board issue which has also replaced and it was promised by two executive named varun and Nitin who said if the problem will not be solved this time then they will replace the handset. Now they want me to submit my handset for observation again and i am surprised that the problem am facing they are not able to realize when it is with them. They are simply doing time pass as my warranty period and i am simply wasting my time by visiting the service center and calling to customer care again n again. Now the performance of the handset is very slow though i do not have any data in at as i m submitting it again n again in service center.
I need replacement or cash back and want justice as i spend my own money 33000rs. Also want to say i just lost trust in Samsung.
