Dear Sir,
I m vasant c shah and i m customer of samsung india sir i bought many Air conditioner for my personal use like in rooms offices. Sir i just want to complaint u about the issue which occured today means 23 sep 10. i have split A.c in my home its around 2 year old its work wonderful and mindblowing but before 2-3 days i bear problem like unsatisfied cooling so i lodge the complain in samsung authorise service centre and i also inform the place were i bought the A.C. By many request samsung india shops arrange the very busy mechnic for my problem. he gave me time in morning 10.30AM but the very busy mechnic comes to my home at 10.30P.M. When i ask y u so late so service he told me we are not free to do this kind of minor problem. whenver i get the i m here for solve ur problem. when i complaint to the authrise samsung store which is situated in Urmi char rasta Akota, vadodara to Mr, vishal he behaving me so so so rudely he told me this is not time to call me Sir if its not right time to call him then it is also not right time to come my home for service. mechnic comes my home with out any tools he said me i m just here to see ur A.c i ll do ur problem tomorrow when i get time. Sir i Dont understand samsung is reputed company and he has wonderful dealer but i think i m wrong. so if u think about this issues it will harm to ur brand name.
