I bought a SONY TV with sl. no. 5380259 from M/s Vivek stores, Adyar, Chennai and it was installed on 30th October 2013 in my house.
The technician sent for installation from Ctech Electronics, demanded Rs.2,500/- for providing the TV stand for mounting it on wall; he said that he will give the receipt for the TV stand on the following day but didn't.
Now, the TV stand has bent low and the position of the TV is such that it might fall down at any moment. I have been contacting SONY Customer care from 16.11.2013 (though a sunday) onwards, stressing the emergency but no action so far. Today alone, I have contacted the SONY customer care 4 times and each time, the executive says that the job id 16689971 has been assigned to Ctech electronics and he can not do anything beyond that.M/s Ctech electronics does not attend to the calls at all. Only once did they attend the call and the reply was not reassuring.
I bought the SONY TV only for its popularity and with the hope that the service would be superior to other brands but this is totally shocking.
Now it is 2045 hours on 18.11.2013 and my TV stand remains unattended till now. What do I do?
