I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR MY SAMSUNG TV COMPLAINT NO ********97 DT. 25.10.10,SERVICE REP. VISITED ON 28.10,INFORMING THAT DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF PART IT WILL TAKE APPROX 3 DAYS,HOWEVER IT WAS VERY PAINFUL CONTACTING THE LOCAL DEALERS ON NO ********50,WHERE UNEDUCATED FEMALES WHO DOESNOT HAVE SENSE TO TALK TO HAD MADE FALSE COMMITMENT THRICE FOR REPAIRS.
FINALLY I LODGED THE COMPLAINT AGAIN AT THE TOLL FREE NO,THEY PROMISED THE REP TO VISIT ON 4.11,HOWEVER NO ONE VISITED.
EVEN TODAY 6TH OF NOV,DESPITE VARIOUS CALLS I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED FALSE COMMITMENTS.
TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS TOLD THAT MY EARLIER COMPLAINT WAS CANCELLED BY ME DUE TO HIGH REPAIR.
I AM AFRAID THIS KIND OF SERVICE BY THE DEALERS WILL MAKE THE COMPANY SHUT DOWN,THE CUSTOMERS HAVE OTHER CHOICES.
CAN SOMETHINSG BE DONE FOR ME???? AT SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE FOOLS
