I brought a samsung GT- I8262 mobile from bigC on 4-07-2013 from 1-09-2013 wifi is not working i register a complaint in samsung service centre vizianagaram on 4-9-2013 they told me that there is a board complaint and they ordered for a board till now there is no response they are drading dates till now please take necessary action and clear my problem or replace my mobile as early as possible.
