I bought samsungL700,mobile phone dated 05/06/2009, i used the mobile for two weeks only.suddenly there was some problem in my phone it will switch off automatically .so i went to the mobilestore and told them this type of problem exists in my mobile phone,they took the mobile for testing after one week they said software problem,and they send it to service center in banglore and said that time span of 15 days is must. I accepted and went after 15 days to the MOBILE STORE where i bought the mobile,but i have also given grace time for one week ,instead that i have went to shop for more than 6 times the people in mobile store say that come tomorrow all the time.but there is no response from the people kindly check and revert back in priority
