SONY India - I am totally dissatisfied with sony xperia miro and service of sony

Sony xperia -I will never ever going to buy another one or suggest some one to buy. 2 months ago I bought a xperia miro from flipkart.com .From then on the is unusable , it constantly restarts during conversation and while using internet. I have done all the possible steps , but still it is unusable . I had given to sony service center at Indiranagar, Bangalore also and they were also unable to solve the issue. Now I am planning to file a case against sony india regarding the selling of faulty product to customer. I request all of you that don't buy some precious phone from sony , becasue you may suffer like me.
I have lost all the respect I had for sony.
