i purchased samsung mobile star 3Gs5603 on dated 12-10-2009.there is some problem in this product as it\'s signal is lost on dialling the contact number and the mobile displays call ended.
complaint is against the said product made by samsung india and either the money spent by me i.e Rs.11200/-should be returned to me or the mobile should be replaced by new model.
i would like to mention here that this complaint is not against store holder from where the mobile is purchased.
