Samsung India - I am not satisified with SAMSUNG LA32C530 LCD TV and SAMSUNG service

Dear SAMSUNG Representative,

I have bought a 32" LCD TV - LA32C530 from one of your dealer in Hyderabad on 2nd August, 2010 for Rs.32,000/-. I am not at all satisfied with your product. After one year the picture was not displaying and when contacted the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, they said some PCB has to be replaced and charged between Rs.5000 and Rs.6000 for it. And now within another 6-7 months of changing the PCB, the LCD TV shows double images on the screen. Again I contacted the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, the Service person came and this time he says the LCD Panel has to be changed and it will cost around Rs.15,000/-.

This is really shocking and sad news to me. With in 2 years of purchase of the LCD TV I am having to pay Rs.20,000/-. This has caused a lot of distress and agony for me and my family members.

I have a serious doubt on the Service people and believe they are uncessarily exaggerating the problem and fooling the customers. A repectable company like SAMSUNG should not encourage this. We have been a loyal customers of SAMSUNG products.

You must do some thing here. How can you people develop and sell products which are of inferior quality and requires customers to shell an amount of Rs.20000/- with in 2 years of purchasing the product. Now, it's like we are hating the SAMSUNG TVs and SAMSUNG company.
