I brought new samsung galxy star 5282 mobile dual sim ... But in that not network coverage . I given mobile to service center ,but problem had not solved in my mobile ... i spoke with samsung costumer care also no response ... i brought mobile on 22-8-2013 and i found the problem with in a week ...i hand over my hand set to service center more than three time .. but concern had not closed..

Complainant's Goal: I want my mobile replacement or money back..
