I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY GT -55360 MODEL IN FEB 2012 UNFOTUNATELY I HAVE MISPLACED MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE BILL. MY SET HAVING RECHARGING & AUTO SWITCH OFF PROBLEM FOR LAST 15 DAYS. I VISITED 3 TIMESYOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT CHOPASNI ROAD, JODHPUR BEARING NAME OF NEHAL TECHNO SERVICES. THERE WAS LONG QUES AT EVERY TIME. I WAS TOLD BY RECEPTIONIST THAT MINIMUM 30 MINUTES TO BE WAIT FOR YOUR QUERIES. LASTLY I PATIENCELY WAIT & GIVEN SET FOR REPAIRING . THEY CHARGED 300/- RS FOR SERVICE CHARGE BUT THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF CONCERN. THEY DELETED BY ALL CONTACT NUMBERS WITHOUT ENQURING ME ABOUT BACK UP OF CONTACT LISTAT THE TIME OF TAKING SET RESULTING GREAT INCONVINIENCE TO ME. WHEN I TALK ABOUT ABOLISHING MY CONTACT LIST THE ANSWER OF DEALING AUTHORITY WAS THAT THIS IS YOUR LOOK AFTER YOU MUST TAKE CARE BEFORE GIVING SET TO US. THIS IS ULTIMATE MISBEHAVE OF CUSTMOR CARE UNIT. KINDLY LOOK IN TO MATTER & GIVE APPROPRIATE INSTUCTION TO CONCERING CARE UNIT TO DO NOT REPEAT THIS TYPE OF ACT WITH OTHER CUSTMOR BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF ACT CREAT GREAT PROBLEM TO CUSTOMER. THANKING YOU.
