My old airconditioner was installed on 11th of april'13 by a samsung service engineer but there was a problem with cooling which was reported to the service engineer on the same day. He had promised come on the next day but never responded my call after that. So I registered the complaint with customer care on 13th april'13. After frequent followups with customer care there is no service engineer has bothered to call back till date to solve the issue. I am really disappointed with such a service becoz I had paid Rs.3150/- during the installation along with general service and still I am not able to sleep peacefully with airconditioner.
