I bought the Samsung fully automatic washing machine (SetS.No W0015ZCRC00501N, Model No, WA 75KVEG/XTL) 4yrs ago . Now the machine is giving the problem that it is not taking water automatically.It was send for repair to M.S.Enterprises, khalsa mohalla ,Dharampura bazar ,Patiala,Punjab They Charrged Rs 930/- for change of drain motor and labour charges. Machine is not still working ,it is not taking water automatically. It was again send to the above said service centre but now they are saying that machine is outdated and its spare will not be available(PCB).Machine is scrap now .
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to get my washing machine repaired.
