SONY India - "I am not satisfied with your service handing procedure"

Dear CCE,

I have called on customer care on 16th of November -2013, after so many follow-ups a person came to attend the problem on 20th November-13 and after taking service charge he suggested to send the TV on Sony center, at Noida Sec-2, G.B. Nagar-201301. We have send TV on 21st of November-13 but till on 7th of December-13 there is no satisfactory answer to return the TV after repairing. Center is replying part is not received from Sony so they cant repair and cant give a date to deliver after repairing. Complaint serial No. is 6322039.

Situation is, I have to re-think now before going to purchase a sony product in the market.

Never buy a sony product..I had similar instance where a sony service centre n cannaught place changed my new battery to that of old one when I kept my laptop for repair of pen drvive slot in warranty period in Delhi....the sony servce centre s full of thugs
