i have galaxy grand gt-i9082.last month i have face some problem in charging port and contact saving problem so i go to the service center 0003380754 shreeji communication,Surat. on 11/03/2014 then they have get my mobile for 2 day and after 2 days they have return my phone with changing charging port and format but my phone was not working properly and it start to heating and charging problem then i go to same ser- cen on 14/03/2014 but that time they said to me my phone is circuit board problem and till they are not done that job well .and not ans properly and they r behavior is so rudely and they not handald our complain properly.they have behave so insulting with customer.to day i call on ********01 cell no but they not asked my cum-no. and just ans k your phone parts not available then pl inquired Monday.they r not done his job well and not good service provide to customer.not repair properly phone and new issue arise with my the phone.
pls tech them to conduct customer with smile and politely.

Worst ever treatment from the people there at the Samsung customer service centre here in East Fort, Thiruvananthapuram. Nobody smiles. Everyone is very serious. Their intention is to dispose of the customer at the earliest. Absolutely 'no service'. A Government Dept., is better than your service centre. Instead of spending crores of rupees for advertisement why can't at least one customer care person be posted in each centre? It is common that no body cares for post-service, just ignore.
