To begin with I had purchased a Samsung phone 8 months ago, of which the phone was & is in your service center for 2 month trying to fix it. There are problems like heating and sensor issue and I would need a brand new phone because my hard earned money needs to be valued.
Please find below the troublesome expirience I have gone through:
I have purchased a samsung grand-2 on 07 Feb 2014 and in Eight months i have sumbited my phone 8-9 times for repairs to the service center
Following are the issues mentioned and the reasons for the submission of repair to the service centre.
issue 1) "Heating issue" i sumbitted my mobile on 04/03/2014 and i got my mobile on 08/03/2014 but issue was not resolved.
issue 2) The same issue again i have sumbitted my mobile on 15/03/2014 and the service center changed motherboard and they gave my mobile on 19/03/2014.

issue 3) Mobile sensor of the handset is not working. (Submission date 05/04/2014) not yet received.

issue 4) Again "Heating issue" i sumbitted my mobile on 24/05/2014 and i got my mobile on 26/05/2014 but issue was not resolved.

Issue 5) 0n 01/08/2014 mobile Charging is not working and heating issue.(Submission date 07/08/2014 or received 08/05/2014.
and now i am again facing heating isssue and mobile display is blinking ,from the date of purchse to todays date most of the time my cell phone
was in service centre ,now i want my all cost of the phone to be refunded on immediate basis.
PS : Customer care never answers my query and makes the issue even more frustrating.
If this is not resolved I will have no option but to turn to consumer court for further help.
