I bought a new samsung cell phone model no. GT-C3053 SI No. RW********B ON 14/8/09. The phone stopped functioning on 20/8/09
I reported the complaint to local samsung India service centre and now the phone is with the service centre from 22/08/09 . the service centre has not corrected the phone till date nor its giving any satisfactory reply. service centre\'s name & address is -
