SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE
purchased from HOTSPOTS RETAILS LTD.,R-51,VIKAS MARG,NEW DELHI-110092 Brand Samsung Model SGH-J210 on 31/08/2008 is not working properly when I approached they have directed to sercice center MDR SERVICE INDIA PVT.LTD.A-160,KRISHNA BHAWAN,VIKAS MARG,DELHI-110092. They have broken it\'s Joy Stick saying you will get new Phone. Now they are not rectifying the fault.
